Submit the form via one of two ways:
1. E-mailing a pdf scan to architecturalrequest@brookgreenforest.com
2. Fax to: 919-403-1499
The architectural committee will review your request and issue a response. An official response will come from the association’s management company within 30 days. If there is an issue, please e-mail architecturalrequest@brookgreenforest.com
If you need to escalate, please contact a board member.
