Join us for a fabulous afternoon of food-fun-games, egg hunt, raffle, crafts and meet your neighbors!! Your presence will make this first event of the “social committee” a success.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- volunteer musicians to play
- a face painter
- people to bring a “dish” to share (an ingredient list is needed)
Bring a chair and refillable water bottle. We’ll have the water.

Annual Dues Letter, Incorrect!
Annual Dues Letter, contains the wrong amount.
The Brookgreen Forest HOA annual dues are $135 and not $139 as stated in the letter.
A new letter is being generated. and will be sent as soon as possible.

Architechural Standards Update Posted
The Architectural Standards with the changes, and the updated Architectural Request Form, approved at the annual meeting on 12/02/2022 have been posted to the web site.
Annual Meeting
The Brookgreen Forest Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of Homeowners will
be held on December 2, 2022. Food will be served starting at 6:00pm, and the meeting will be
called to order at 7:00pm at Mellow Mushroom located at 4300 NW Cary Pkwy, Cary, NC,
27513.
Loose Leaf Collection
Town of Cary will be picking up loose leaves from the curb in Brookgreen Forest on the following schedule:
November 23rd – 30th.
December 14th – 22nd.
January 30th – February 5th.
