In October of 2021 the Board mailed out an announcement with several proposed changes to our Architectural Standards to be voted upon at our 11/18/2021 annual meeting. At the annual meeting the proposed changes were approved.

In the spirit of social distancing and the unknown duration of this pandemic, we are suspending the signature requirements for Architectural Requests until further notice.
Once an Architectural Request Form is submitted to the Architecture Review Committee, it will go through the established approval processes. If an architectural request is approved, the HOA will mail a copy to the appropriate neighbors on your behalf so they are aware of your plans. If any neighbors receive notice and have questions, they can communicate directly with the Architecture Review Committee.
Please do not forget to submit architectural requests before starting work. Failure to do so will result in a violation letter.
